Prior to merging with Consolidated Oil Well Services in 2015, Cimarron was a leading provider of pressure pumping services to the U.S. Oil Mid-Continent oil and gas industry. The Company provided acidizing, hydraulic fracturing, and other well stimulation services to leading independent E&P companies.

Annapurna Summit I, LP purchased a majority interest in Cimarron in September 2013 and successfully exited the investment in January 2015.
