Formed through the simultaneous acquisition of American Track Generations, LLC and C.J. Bridges Railroad Contractor, Inc., American Track Services is a leading provider of a range of rail inspection, maintenance, repair and design and construction services primarily to private installations including industrial, municipal and logistics sites throughout the southern United States.  Specialized services include signal installation and maintenance, grade work, road crossing and commercial asphalt maintenance and sophisticated engineering in support of design and build service for new track construction or extensive remodeling.

Annapurna served in a merchant banking capacity to American Track Generations’ sale in October 2016, having begun its initial involvement with the company in 2015.
